TEANG TSHIAMO SECURITY staff will be employed within the company will be sourced from people who previously worked in the industry which will be employed on the part time basis and also try to get more youth involved in the sector. There will be skill transferred and training to people with no experience.

All employees will be recruited from designated groups within the area where the security is taking place.
