I was very disappointed with the service and insult I got from one of the staff member today.. I bought my groceries as I always do every month-end in this shop. My problem is I bought a 12;5kg of white star maize meal and the cashier made a mistake and charged me the price of Ace instead of white star and I also didn't see that. Then the guy who was double checking the slip and grocery noticed it .. he asked which till I paid at and I just showed him and the lady next to us started shouting at me saying I don't know what I'm talking about and all sorts of insults. I was very angry that I couldn't even breath but I managed to calm myself down and asked the guy how much I owe so that I can pay and go as I had an emergency at home. I buy in that store everyday but today that lady Susan or whatever her name is made me feel like I'm a begger or something.
