A dietician is a vital member of the healthcare team. Our goal is to help clients understand the connection between diet and diagnosis for improved nutritional well being. I educate clients about the potential impact poor lifestyle choices can have on our well being. As a dietican my job is to promote healthy living. It is a job I enjoy to do and I am very enthusistic about. I equip people with the required nutritional knowledge and skills so they can manage a lifestyle change to better living or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
A dietician helps to ensure a patients diet becomes and stays on track while the patient is adjusting to their new dietary or healthier lifestyle. With a dieticians motivation, support and coping mechanisms you will be able to comply with new lifestyle changes and eating plans. Any of the following symptoms might mean that a person needs a change in eating habits:

-Feeling bloated
-Fatigue
-Gastrointestinal pain or cramps
-Food cravings
-Headaches
-Not sleeping well
-Heartburn
