i love shopping at take n pay but the tellers and packers seem to have a conversation and forget that people are standing in the queue.

hi there-helo peter i would like to lodge a complaint against take and pay chatsworth. my aunt left her parcel at the parcel counter before going inside the store to shop this was on saturday the 15/08/2015- she shopped and left in a hurry as her transport was waiting for her- and in all the rush forgot her parcel she had the disc no 119, with her when she realised this i phoned take and pay on Tuesday, and the lady responded that the parcel was not there and they are not responsible for her parcel so basically they have a corrupt system with thieves working for them so my opinion to others-if u left your stuff behind, consider it stolen by take and pay staff disgusting!!!!
