Synergy Health and Fitness is a new club located in Paradyskloof, Stellenbosch. We are a health club like no other that offer the services of a formidable team of medical, wellness and fitness professionals. Members at Synergy Health and Fitness can enjoy the benefits of a gym floor boasting with a full range of cardio, strength and free-weight equipment. In addition Synergy Therapy is a fully integrated practice comprising of a physiotherapist, chiropractor, general practitioner, re¿exologist, sports massage therapist and beauty therapist. This practice does not simply provide a range of services underneath one roof – all therapists have a strong referral relationship with each other that ensures our clients receive relevant and optimal treatment when being treated at Synergy Therapy.
Our outdoor functional training facility is designed speci¿cally to prepare you for the increasingly popular Impi and Warrior challenges. In association with Blaauwklippen we offer an Outdoor Running Track that is a perfect alternative to the traditional indoor treadmill. Our Aerobics Studio hosts a wide range of classes such as Yoga, Body Conditioning, Pilates, Tae-bo, Step, Stretch & Strengthen and Boot Camp. Strength, Interval and Endurance spinning classes are available daily in our Spinning Studio. We also have a team of professional personal trainers who are all highly successful in the field of achieving results, each with his or her own special interests to challenge and encourage you to reach your goals. Our Natural Running Clinic will assist shod runners transition safely to minimal or barefoot running through correct technique and strength. Our members can log in their Discovery Vitality points on every visit to Synergy.
