Description
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of
massage.
Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage because the therapist uses his
or her hands, knees, legs and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like
stretches as well as applying pressure to the body’s energy channels. This
helps release blockages and relieves tight muscles. Oil is not used.
Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during
treatment.
People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and energizing.
Company description
Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet with specific
thumb, finger and hand techniques.
Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy with highly concentrated plant
oils called essential oils.
The smell of the essential oil stimulates a part of the brain called the limbic
system. The limbic system controls emotions and influences the nervous
system and hormones.
When you inhale essential oil molecules, messages are transmitted to the
limbic system and affect heart rate, stress level, blood pressure, breathing
, memory, digestion and the immune system.
