Suzette Bouwer is passionate about hospitality and all its components. It is not surprising after having accumulated more than 25 years of hospitality sales and marketing experience with great, reputable hotel groups owning lodges and hotels across Southern African countries including Cresta Hotels, Legacy Hotels, Rani Resorts and Lonrho Hotels. Marketing which is so often mistaken for “sales” and the “head office” exposure over the years has lead to Suzette adopting an approach that manages sales to make it an effective marketing tactic; unlikely if not all the marketing are integrated in the strategy.
