I was meant to have prints framed by 1st February, but am still waiting for them (mid March!). When I try to enquire, the owner (J***** H********) and staff don't answer their phones, and keep promising to have the prints framed, but I'm still waiting. The fact that they do not answer their phones (letting it ring, or turning it off), laugh at me when I do get hold of them (I used another phone), and still have not framed my prints, shows that they are completely incompetent. I've never had such bad service in my life.
