We have been trying to get vaccine for chicken pox but it is out of stock everywhere - they have stock but refuse to help us

Extremely dissapointing service from the nurses who give the vaccination.Refused to give the optional injections on the day i went and requested me to come the following day as one of the injections can only be given on a specific day ,which to me was not the issue.The issue was why were the ones that could have been given on the day i went ,why were they not given,but they rather said i must return the day after.Very incompetent and unwillingness to assist.
