Description
I am a clinical psychologist and have recently relocated to Cape Town from Durban, and have opened practices in Vredehoek and Sea Point.
I work with children and adolescents experiencing problems of everyday living and help facilitate positive growth through a variety of solution-focused therapeutic techniques. The services I provide include both short- and long-term therapy. I work individually with the child/adolescent; as well as, integrative work with parents, run groups, and family therapy sessions, if required.
I provide cash rates and am also registered to most medical aids.

Specializing in working with children and adolescents aged 5 - 18, and/or their families, requiring assistance with: Emotional Assessments, Depression and other mood disorders, Trauma, Behavioral problems, Adjustment difficulties (due to; divorce, relocation, loss, etc.), Anxiety, Stress-related difficulties, Relationship difficulties, Bereavement, Bullying, School Refusal, Self-Esteem Building. I believe that each person is an individual and should be treated as such, everyone is suited for specific things and that includes therapy. I believe in assessing each client specifically and working towards their needs. My therapeutic style is holistic and integrative and I use a variety of techniques (play therapy, cognitive-bhaviour therapy, and narrative therapy) proven to help facilitate positive change and growth in my clients’ lives.
