On the 11th of July I ordered an Amarula Tart from this store. I have ordered it previously and it was always lovely. However on this day it was awful. The fresh cream used was sour and the cake was stale. Each guest at my home that evening whom tasted the tart had agreed that the cream used was expired. I returned the tart to the store the very next day with more than three quarters not eaten. The women working that day promised to get back to me with a response. However she said that I should pop in on Monday as by then she would have spoken to the lady who baked the tart. On Monday , I visited the store again only to be told she has no feedback for me as yet. She promised to contact me. However 2 weeks have passed and I have still not heard anything. I am extremely disappointed by the service that I have received from this store.
