I have never had of this company before but today(11.03) someone called me from them(STUPEL & BERMAN) for debt collection. The rudest person ever. I tried to complaining to the managers, just as bad as their agents.Then again why should their agents have respect for struggling people like when they know they are protected by their superiors.THE CALL WAS NOT TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WITH ME BUT TO TELL ME THAT THEY ARE GOING AHEAD WITH LEGAL PROCEDURE, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE FACT THAT IM UMEMPLOYED AND THEY CALLING ME FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 3YRS.The manager was so judgemental and taking sides. ANYWAY I THINK ABSA MADE A MISTAKE BY GIVING THEM THIS GIG AND I WILL MAKE SURE THEY HEAR ABOUT IT. JUST BECAUSE YOU OWE PEOPLE DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE STUPID. THEY THINK CAUSE THEY ARE LAWYERS THEY ARE ABOVE EVERYTHING. WRONG.

With our head office in Germiston, and a second office in Rosebank we are now able to offer legal services in the greater Johannesburg area, as well as in the broader surrounding eastern and southern areas and the entire Vaal Triangle.
