Stubie is quote-to-payment software developed by LinxAI (Pty) Ltd and founded, owned and built by Jan Kotze. Based in Krugersdorp, Gauteng, it helps South African small businesses reduce manual quoting work.
Emailed enquiries and attachments become draft quotations using the business’s own price list, quantities and setup fees. Owners review quotations before sending a hosted quote page where customers can accept, download a PDF and pay through PayFast or EFT with a unique reference. Stubie integrates with Sage Accounting for invoices and Bob Go for courier rates and bookings. It supports English and Afrikaans, with onboarding support. WhatsApp support is coming soon.
