They are certainly not reliable. They failed to pick me up after a wedding on Saturday evening, 14 December 2013. They also did not bother to answer my calls. I will never use them again.
They were a now show for my airport transfer. There was also no answer on their 24 hour number (called about 20 times).
The result is that I missed my international flight and had to re-book for 3 days later at a cost of R3800.
Avoid them if you need reliability.
