I went there today, had an appointment at 10:30 but I got help around 11:20. I had hope that I’ll get medication but none even headache pills but instead I got a note to go and buy them at Clicks. The experience I got today was bad, receptionist took time to look for my folder. The last time I was there, it was much better. Consultations usually takes 15mins but mine was 2minutes. I’m really hurt by their service.
