I would just like to bring it under the attention of the oweners/Steers franchise, that the shop in Humewood needs urgent attention. 9 out of ten times orders are incorrect, they ask if you would like extra cheese and you get charged for it, but they don't put it on, by the time one realise this, you are already at home or back at work, and not going to drive for one slice of cheese, the food quality has gone down, the staff are unfriendly and the last couple of times if there is a problem and you adress the staff, on say a half empty ice-cream cup they just glare at you. The food is also rather cold most of the times, I have actually gotten a burger once and my patty was still half frozen. Numerous times I have asked for them to add additional BBQ sachet for me, as it compliments the chips and is the best part of the meal, you do not get any, and I don't even mean the extra, you get absolutely NO sauce!! More than half the time you do not even receive serviettes! I have phoned and spoken to the manager on numerous occasions, but it seems it does not help. I would just like to request that something is done urgently to improve the standard of service and the quality of food.
