I am disgusted in Mr Nel's attitude,he and his staff had made mistakes and delays in thier work that left me and my family at risk and not covered by my medical aid for a number of days.Mr Nel also told me to send my doctors details and he would sort it out that I can use my doctor on the network scheme,this was never followed up and again I was lied to when questioning them.I actually told Mr Nel I could not use this package as my doctor was not on the list and he assured me it would be fine.The other morning I was called by my doctors rooms and told I have outstanding bills as my savings was up and my visits to my GP were not covered.
