Stale bread

I would like to put this to your attention that I've been buying the srar bread and everytime the bread is always stale. On saturday I bought bread at my nearest shop it was so stale and the exipry date is the 22 of may 2019 I went to Spar again to buy another one and still the bread was not fresh and the expiry date is the same why isa that so. As for me I am not happy with the bread.

The quality of Star Bread has deteriorated so badly your bread looks as if it did not bake long enough, the texture is not the same, it tastes doughy. Most of my friends stopped buying star bread. Please improve your quality after all we are paying for your product we are not getting it for free.
