Standard Bank, Verulam

I am wrinting this as the staff that is employed at verulam branch dont know what they are doing, especially the indian lady at the front desk. I had applied for re-instating my credit card on tuesday 31-12-13 and today when i called the customer care to enquire how far along is my application i am advised that the vlm branch didnt fax through my aplication. I expect service and if std bank cannot give me that i will remove my account from this bank. Very imcompetent workers!!!!!!! Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
