The website is outdated as the number to phone for the bank in Stellenbosch does not exist. The query I have is not listed and the options given is not sufficient. The service is not what it use to be.

I cannot rate Standard Bank for they have taken more that 14 days to process my application for vehicle finance and yet they did not give me any feedback up until today, despite emails and telephone calls requesting feedback. I cannot even rate you .
