Our company's garage doors were serviced by E***** of Stack Garage Doors with the above address and we were advised to have the springs changed before there was an operation failure which could involve further expenses. There was also a a request for upfront payment to have the spring manufactured as as it was a specific spring which is no longer available. Several dates were arranged with E***** for him to install the springs in June and now we are left trying to reach either him or C**** who fail to respond to telephone or cell phone messages. Let this be a warning to all who may consider dealing with these people as they do not honour their commitment.

My garage doors was automated by Stack Garage doors. I am extremely happy about the product, but unfortunately the Stack Garage Doors did not keep to their quote and did not install the battery back-up system. This was quoted and paid for. THe day after installation I reported the omission to Stack doors and eversince I am not getting feedback or a phonecall to advise when this will be installed. I am very disappointed as there is a 3 year guarantee on the product and this kind of service does not tie up to a relationship that must be benefitial to both parties for 3 years.
