Spotless Dry Cleaners, Durban

I dropped off my Flight jacket to get cleaned on Wed28/08/2013 . I told the gentlman behind the counter that i needed this item to be collected aat lunch time on Friday 30/08/2013.He said fine. Friday 12h30 comes and i make a trip into Durban to collect it only to find that the shop is closed for Mosque until 13h30. I found it very annoying only because of the fact i was not told , that the shop was going to be closed , at the time i needed to collect my item.It had been paid for already , and withe the receipt in hand i tried to get the attention of the employees inside , but only to be ignored as if i was not there.All i had to do is collect my item , there was no payment i owed , and i also did not care for the receipt. .My problem is that , i am being deployed back to Saudi Arabia at 15h00 as i am a pilot, and i cannot depart unless i have my jacket as it is my uniform. i tried to explain that to the people inside , but they did not care whatsoever.What great service levels shown here.(not) I have to now make a change to my deployment schedule , because of a lack of decent service.Shame on you.
