We came upon Sports Team Organisers by accident after contacting the SA cricket board to enquire about getting tickets for games at Newlands on England's 2015/6 SA tour. When we contacted them they found that we had not organized our proposed visit to SA and asked what we wanted to see and do. We had made several enquiries with UK travel agencies but S.T.O. came up with far better suggestions and brilliantly organized our two weeks including the cricket. Suene and Gwen were so patient and helpful to us as we revised, added and amended their suggestions. Everything that they organized ran to perfection whether hotels or airport pick ups, transfers etc. Shame that they could not organize England to win either of the games we went to at Newlands but then they are South African !!! They were great in that after we arrived in SA they met us at our first stop and provided us with a copy of our full itinerary, various vouchers and tickets etc. They also contacted us or left messages as we travelled around ensuring that we were okay and that all was going well. Dealing with a company that you have no experience of can be fraughtful but they were brilliant and exceded our expectations making our first visit to SA a wonderful success......we loved SA and hope to return in a few years and will certainly use S.T.O. to arrange our itinerary for us again.
