They don't answer their phone, email or sms. If I must give them a rating from 0 to 10, I will give them -10. They are lucky that the tax payers keep their doors open. Absolutely pathetic. Definitely not speed services but pathetic services.

Poor poor service. Have been looking for my parcel for over 4 months now. Nobody can tell me where it is. Jet park Speed service have got no phone number. You can't phone them to get information. I am waiting for a very important document that needs to be delivered. I keep going to court asking for extension because Jet part speed services have not delivered my parcel that was posted in January now its End of April no one can tell me where is it. TC254994305ZA is the tracking number. I am so pissed at Speed services. I have had an experience from he'll with them. I am so frustrated

I dont know how Speed Services would survive but for being a parastatal. They take forever to answer phones (if at all). With the last 10 deliveries - only 3 were made on time. Absolutely ridiculous
