I use speed services very often. It is a convenient service when it goes well. I would like to comment on their process for delayed deliveries. There is too much paper work involved when one claims their losses for delayed deliveries. As it stands speed services can only reimburse the sender of the item. However in business deliveries often times, all the costs of the item are incurred by the receiver of the item who sends all the money to the sender after the sender has paid off speed services. I think speed services should allow recipients of delivered items to claim losses.

Horrible service. My parcel was delivered at post office instead of recipient address. No communication as to why parcel was sent to post office. My details send recipient were there. Had to drive fetch it and deliver it myself . Post officers blame speed service. Only God knows why accepted a parcel intended to reach another address written in bold letters. Very unpleasant, unprofessional . No wonder lots of post offices are closing fown .
