Birthday celebration

Serena, 12 years ago

A spoilt birthday. We were told to come in at 1pm, but we were seen at 2.10p The receptionist did the booking, said included lunc but when we arrived the other lady said it is now cancelled and the price was higher than thewebprice. The rooms are dark and the floors dirty. the therapist lack interpersonal skills. overall a bad choice for aspecial occassion.
