Since 1994 SouthNet successfully provided residential developments in various sectors of the residential market, ranging from affordable housing for the lower end of the market (Sabre Homes) to highly exclusive developments earmarked for oversea's purchasers (Ocean View, etc).

Company description

SouthNet operates mainly in Gauteng and the Western Cape, but have secured projects in various parts of South Africa. The head office is based in Bryanston. Some of SouthNet's strategic partners include the IDC, FNB, Investec and ABSA Bank.

The management team, led by Steyn Fourie, consists of well-qualified and carefully selected team players with experience in all relevant fields. Consultants that assist in a corporate advisory role, human resource management and legal advice, support this capable team closely.
