This company has double standards, some peoples products get cleaned, special rates get applied and if you are not part of the inner circle you can wait weeks for your galvanizing as other jobs get pushed in ahead of you. I do believe that the admin staff use their positions to settle personal grievances as they feel untouchable. We are stuck between a rock and a hard place as they have the monopole, but this should unfortunately not be used as a forum to disrespect your clients and offer a sub zero service.

What a bad experience!!! Our invoice was not according to my company rules, so I made the mistake to phone them to have the invoice corrected. I got a lesson in SARS rules about having my vat nr on the invoice, I was talked down to, when I got upset I was not calmed down, but laughed at. I then asked to speak to the Manager, got nowhere. Your staff from top to bottom needs to be trained in working with customers, they are the reason your business exists. An knowing better attitude does not belong in an service industry.
