I am not sure as to where to complain maybe I should approach a legal institution, a few weeks ago in the Uitenhage main post office I received very poor service, rude and arrogant approach from the staff, the manager was good,but his excuse for his rude staff was"they are overwork, there is an influx of people at 15h30 pm since the the Rosedale people burn their post office down. I was really under the impression that the time was long gone of black and white, to tip the iceberg the lady rudely chase me back and call the white gentleman behind me. I stay in KZN and never have this kind of service
