Horrible service, absolutely horrible... Change went missing after installation, CD's missing, installed wrong speakers, rude staff...unbelievable, stay away

We had an aftermarket one installed this afternoon. When my wife saw the horrible job the installer did, she said it was unacceptable because it looked like I installed it. There were huge gaps around the radio and you could look into the dash. We made them fix it until it looked acceptable. On the way home, we noticed that it sounded as though the sound was only coming from the front speakers. After playing around with the fade and balance for awhile, I figured out that they wired it so left door speakers receive the power from the rear speaker outputs, the right door is receiving the front speaker's power, the tweeters on the front doors are receiving the power to the right speakers, and the larger front door speakers are receiving the power from the left speaker outputs. WT*? No power to the rear speakers? I think I would have done a better job installing it.
