Complaint. My mum and I were rejected from receiving treatment. My bill would’ve been for around or about R1000.00 However, my mums big toe nail has a defect. I ensured the technicians that it is not viral nor infectious and it is medically treated and can have gel painted on, as we have done in multiple other salons. My mum and I have been coming to sorbet since I was a teenager. This customer service was absolutely devastating as the nail tech told her to go away when she was seated at the treatment chair, in front of other customers. When I arrived the nail tech informed me that the only concern was other customers seeing my mums defective nail. How pathetic? Are all those other customers prioritised over me and my mum? Absolutely sad and I will never support sorbet again. I’ve had multiple good experiences but this one was enough to put me off the entire franchise.
