Company description
The Health Centre offers a natural and holistic approach to de-stressing, de-toxing and creating a healthier, more energetic and more focused individual. The emphasis is on healing the body and mind from the inside out, and who better to take care of your entire wellbeing than Usha……
Usha believes that disease and health are mainly from how we accept ourselves and everything around us.When we really love and accept and approve and are gentle with ourselves exactly as we are then life works in so many beautiful positive ways . We follow the journey that was meant for us . Harbouring bitterness, anger, envy, criticizm does not help our soul to evolve for the reason we have chosen to come on earth for .
