Had a problem with a bed. Called and spoke to Serisha. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The Ottoman i purchased broke the moment someone sat on it. I enquired 3 times for changes to the bed and my calls were not returned. When i called back a 4th, the lady "M" was extremely rude to me for no reason when i was respectful and nice [even though i should have been upset]. She then hung up on me. Extremely Disappointed.
