One star is even too generous for Silver Touch Events and Travel. The owner, Premi, claimed to have finalised our bookings, but couldn't provide any confirmation. The trip was cancelled due to lack of information, and instead of a refund, we were met with a web of lies. More than R200k is still owed to us, and it's clear that Premi is not interested in refunding us. Avoid Silver Touch at all costs - they will take your money and run!
