What is Car Detailing?
Unfortunately I have never seen two cars created equally. Which means even if you buy a brand new car, chances are the dealerships washed it incorrectly or your paint has imperfections from the factory. This would require a professional car detailer to improve it to better than brand new condition. Always using the least aggressive method first.
CAR WASH
Pretty straightforward. This is your typical hand wash to remove the
dirt, bugs, debris, bird poo, etc.. from everyday driving.
Price range: R400 to R600
Solution: Daily driver
Time to complete: under 1.5 hours
What the service will include:
• Thorough hand wash
• Clean wheels, tires, fenders, gas cap
• Lightly clean door jambs
• Clean windows
• Dress tires
WASH AND WAX
A step above a basic wash. The paint will look glossier/shinier
because the wax/sealant that is applied will cover some of the light
scratches. It’ll also add a layer of protection to protect your pain

PAINT CORRECTION
Yet again, a step above from the wash and wax. In this service, you
can offer two types of paint correction. One will be a 1-step polish.
That will primarily remove the lighter scratches (it REALLy depends
on the paint). It’ll be a noticeable difference in the paint.
The other type of paint correction would be a 2-step correction.
This is where you’ll remove the deeper and lighter scratches with a
compounding phase and then follow that up with a polishing
phase. This is where the “wet-look” or “like a new paint job”
corrections are made.

Time to complete: under 10 hours

• Thorough hand wash
• Clean wheels, tires, fenders, fuel cap
• Clay paint to remove above surface contaminants
• Thorough cleaning of door jambs
• Clean windows
• Dress tires
• Buff and polish paint to remove swirls and scratches
• Apply wax/sealant for protection and a bit more shine (or a
ceramic coating for more durable and longer protection)
