We will work closely and collaboratively to open up and confront the patterns, fears and reactions that underlie your difficulties so that new pathways can emerge. At times, this process may be emotionally demanding, but together we will work hard to stay true to the overriding goal of psychotherapy: for the client to experience meaningful transformation. The benefit of being in psychotherapy is much like finding a home in a deserted landscape.
