Shell, Hendrina

I had a bad/terrible service tonight from Steyns gas station in Hendrina mpumalanga.i went there to buy hollywoodbets Voucher for R20+5airtime with R100 when I got there I've found a guy with no name tag and he was so rude and min towards instate of him telling me that he doesn't have a change he said to me.am wasting his change and started changing his tone as if he was fighting.i had to call his Supervisor.he said he doesn't have time for nonesense he got lots of things to do.then he left the till.the superviser tried to come me down cos the guy his new.but what comes to my mind why did they hire someone who doesn't know how to treat customers with good service and I have 10years buying at Steyns she'll garage but since this guy came they are service starting to be poor
