Shell, Hillcrest

I've always had an amazing experience at the garage - I absolutely love the brownies and couldn't get enough of them when I was pregnant. Unfortunately, the service has been getting worse and worse. After my last visit several weeks ago where an employee was standing right infront of me, not acknowledging me. I called on her 3 times and eventually when she gave me her attention, I asked her why she's hadn't acknowledged me - her response was that she was new. I was shocked and walked out furious. Today being a cold rainy day in Hillcrest, I was craving a chocolate brownie and decided to put the past aside and hope for the best. On arrival, Zulu music was blurring over the already playing ECR on the background. Staff were chatting and o waited yet again to be acknowledged or served. I still asked the employee who had left me unattended for her name to make a complaint with the owner. Quite sad that the service isn't as good as the brownies.
