I am very disappointed by this company. They have charged me R240.00 without fixing my DVD. I returned to them twice and they failed to fix it and they made it worse and I'm not taking it to them for the third time because they failed to detect the course of its problem. I would appreciate to have my money back and I don't compromise on that. First job no. was 10360 & second job no. 10413. I thought there were professionals but I was wrong

Apparently this DVD machine, job No.10306 not 10360, was in twice. First time for laser change second time for main board. The customer was still not satisfied and requested her money back it was apparently said to her that she must bring the machine back so that we could take out the new laser and board that we installed, and reintall her old spares so that we could refund her. She refused to return with the machine thus we could not refund her. We pride ourselves on excellent workmanship and customer service. This is the first "complaint" we have had in all the years we have been operating. Unfortunately we can't please all our customers all the time but we do try. Shaun's TV Management
