Terrible quality and Lack of support

Serco built insulated bodies for 3 of our trucks and every single one of them had to be sent back for various issues such as cracks, thin veneer and a leak on one of our meat transporters!!
After 3 months they accused us of abusing the trucks so that they could charge us for the ongoing problems we had with the bodies.
I have since had 4 more bodies built by another supplier and have not had one comeback.
Beware of Serco!!
