I had an alarm system installed in November 2014. There was a fault on the system which I reported numerous times and received promises that the alarm will be fixed . It is now already 22 Jan 2015 and the system is still not fixed. It seems unless I get another firm to fix the system I will never be able to use it and a Few Thousand rand will be wasted. It seems as soon as the firm get their money you don't exist anymore. What should I do?
