Description
Lightweight, portable, rust and corrosion free aluminium BBQ/Braai. Briefly, the braai is modular, and any component may be replaced if required, which is seldom necessary. The functionality of the braai will never be lost. I have already used my braai in excess of 18 years.
The braai and all components are manufactured from aluminium and is, therefore, completely RUST and CORROSION free.
The braai is anodised and is available in a variety of colours. A Carry Bag is available for portability.

The Scampi is also very economical, utilizes 2.5Kg for 3 to 4 hours braai time.
The following components are available for a variety of cooking facilities:
Dome - For Chicken or Leg-of-Lamb, breakfast, etc., to keep
food warm and to keep flies and insects away from food.
Frying Pan(440mm) - Ideal for breakfast, scrambled eggs tomatoes paella stir fry.
Carry Bag - Together with the braai, points 1 and 2 are considered to be the
most practical combination to prepare food.
The Bag is ideal for camping activities. The Fry Pan weighs 3, 8Kg.
The complete combination of 1, 2 and 3 weighs 7Kg.
No.2 Potjie - A potjie ring is available to attach to the braai to prepare a potjie meal.
Griller Plate - To grill steaks or chops.
Bread Baker - The Bread Baker is available in either round or a rectangular form.
A recipe Book is supplied with the purchase of the braai inclusive of an instruction sheet for useful operating hints and packing instructions.
