I am a certified Transcendental Meditation Teacher. TM is a simple, effortless technique that helps to dissolve stress from the physiology. I am registered with the Association of Specialised Kinesiologist of South Africa (ASKSA). Kinesiology helps you to become more self-aware. It helps to understand the root cause of your dis-ease, releases energy blocks in your body so you can heal from the inside out. It can clear defensive patterns and diffuse stress bringing back a spark of creativity and clarity thus enabling you to move forward with ease and grace. Generally 5-6 sessions are recommended.

Kinesiology is all about the client. People seek the guidance of a kinesiologist when they are in pain – emotional or physical. Neuro-Training is a technique, which is all about self-discovery. The client learns about patterns of behavior that no longer serve them, limiting beliefs, process present and past hurts and are encouraged to find creative solutions to problems. Neuro-Organisational Technique is another protocol I use. This literally takes the client out of the stress reaction and is particularly good to resolve acute and chronic stress and trauma. Kinesiology is about ‘doing life’ differently so you can align and grow to your full potential.
