SAPS Benoni Police Station

I am deeply frustrated with the service I’ve received at this police station. I reported a case earlier this month and have been repeatedly told that the officer handling my case, Modiba, is not available. For over a week now, I’ve been sent away with no updates, despite my repeated visits. Each time, I endure long waits only to be informed that Modiba is not present and thus unable to provide any information about my stolen property. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the continuous runaround is unacceptable. I simply want to know if my belongings have been recovered or not, and the repeated inability to get a clear answer is incredibly disheartening.
