We have found Santos to be a very pleasant shopping experience everytime we have shopped there. They are efficient, professional, helpful, knowledgeable about their products and friendly. We would recommend this store. Keep up the good work

I would like place on record that your company has the worst customer service, I have tried to get building supplies from your hareware on 4 occassions, your staff are never willing to assist, they seem to think that Santos holds the maket place. poor service I will never recommend Santos to any body.
