Description
We are manufacturing, surgical, dental, manicure and pedicure instruments. Our instruments are made from the finest grade of stainless steel on precision security, accuracy of pattern and with latest technology. We also manufacture the similar instruments according to the samples and drawings on the special demands of our valued customers.

Please read our packing and inspection procedure as under, so you will be assured that our instruments are strictly monitored by us under a good quality system.
We inspect each instrument 6 times before packing them into poly bag.
Quality Inspection:-
1- Inspection of Raw Material Grade ( Stainless Steel)
2- Inspection of Forging
3- Inspection of Intial procedures of instruments
4- Inspection of Final procedures of instruments
5- Final inspection before Packings.
6- Passivation and boil Test
Packing:-
1- We duly check the function of instruments etc, cutting, gripping, opening, running ( everything relating to its work)
2- Ultrasonic Cleaning of Instruments
2- Checks for, bad spots, wear and tear for each instruments
4- check for the function of instrument again
5- Manually cleaning of each instrument
6- Pack one piece individually in a poly bag then into a small hardboard box and then into a big hardboard box.
