I just been to the Umhlanga branch, service was terrible, there where no customers besides me, order took over 50 mins.
One off the black mangers, was using vulgar languages over his phone, saying his going to complain to Moosa, that the staff were drunk, no wants to work.
The chef was still on his way, apparently a shift change.
If these are the standards you setting, very poor impression given to customers.
