Each year we select 32 students for intensive training at our state of the art facility under South Africa's pre-eminent chefs. On successful completion of your Diploma you will have the confidence and ability to join the rank of chefs anywhere around the world.
No prior cooking experience needed. Strong legs and thick skin essential.

The instructors of the SA Chefs Academy can draw from a long and successful track record in the culinary field, and it is against this background that they are ideally suited and properly qualified to professionally train young chefs for entry into hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, food product developers and as food stylists.
