We are Pensioners. We live in a small complex in New Redruth. We have a neighbour that has 2 small dogs which occasionally bark late night especially weekends and holidays as they are left unattended outside in the back yard. We spoke with the people but they refuse to accept the dogs make noise and ignored us and no more communication. Other neighbours at the adjacent complex often shout loud to the dogs as they get irritated and couldn't rest or sleep. As these events aren't constant the evidence of nuisance must be caught red handed as it happen. What can the SPCA do ? Can we have a phone number to call ? Besides we also notice that the owners for punishment place these dogs outside and then they bark loud for attention from the owners at home with total disrespect for the peace of the entire neighbourhood. What can the SPCA do to correct such annoying situations within a complex that do not have a body corporate ?
