The service I got at Russels Paarl is socking, I made a lay by, a dinners set I still have10 Months left to pay but decided to pay it all because I don't want to wait so long at I paid it I was supposed to get my stuff coz that's how it works, The manager tells me that they don't have my stuff bt they will get it for me in the 2 couple of days it's been 2 weeks yesterday and I'm still waiting, I'm so angry because she doesn't even have the decency to call me and apologize, I feel like going back and demand my money because how can you wait so long for something you already paid for, You as Head office must seriously do something about your staff, you busy losing good clients. Disgusted!
